2)The Leader shall educate every individual on the business plan, so that each individual can participate in the GCS loyalty program and earn benefits through the system. 3)The Leader shall hold awareness meetings/talks in their towns or places regularly as a part of their responsibilities of promoting the business plan. 4)The Leaders shall have to ensure that a minimum of one lakh seed code transactions are done from their area every month. 5)The Leader shall operate in accordance with norms and specific procedures laid down by KIL and get updated information on developments through contacting the concerned person of the company frequently. In case of any doubt, should seek necessary clarification from the company. 6)The Leader shall not charge any fees from any individuals directly or indirectly for the service offered. 7)Whenever any training programs are required for his/her team, the leader shall intimate the same to the nearest DC. In case of non-existence of DCs, the same can be communicated directly to the company by putting a request at least two weeks before for such training. 8)The communication should be open and transparent and not misleading the individuals in any way whatsoever. 9)The leader shall give best of the services and assistance to all the individuals equally. 10)The Company reserves the right to withdraw the above benefits anytime deemed fit. |
