1)  What  is MLO Shop?  

A Seller or a Merchant who is interested to run the Global e-Commerce Service(GCS) loyalty program authorized by the Company to operate in the market to mutually benefit from the system is termed as  MLO (Merchant Loyalty Operation) shop.

 2)  What is a Seedcode?

When an individual makes purchases at any of the authorized MLO Shops or ATC store, a free Loyalty coupon ticket  will be issued by the Merchant on your minimum purchase which is termed as SEEDCODE.     This Seedcode not only makes an individual eligible to join the system Free of Cost  and earn the benefits from GCS Loyalty Program  but also depending on the  number of seed codes planted by you, that many individuals as a sponsor  can be referred by you at free of cost into the system.

 3) What is NSD?

In the business plan of eTranworld NSD is termed as New Seed Code.   When an individual goes to an MLOShop/ATC store and makes a minimum purchase as defined by the merchant establishment, the merchant will issue a NSD loyalty coupon which is necessary to be planted into the GCS loyalty program to earn the benefits from the transactions.

4) What is USD?

The NSD loyalty coupon which is already planted into the GCS loyalty program by Free Citizen/cardholder becomes a USD  which is termed as Used Seed Code.    This USD loyalty coupon is necessary while sponsoring a new individual free of cost into the system.

5) What is the process of Planting Seedcodes into the GCS loyalty program?

The 16 digit alphanumeric seecodes (USD & NSD) can be planted into the GCS loyalty program through SMS or eTranWorld website www.etranworld.com or Over Phone to Development center/Nucleus.

6)  Who is a Free Citizen  (Consumer) ?

A consumer is an individual or an ultimate user of a final product or a service.  Any individual who is interested to participate in e-commerce can join free of cost to earn the benefits from the GCS loyalty program.  To become an etran free citizen,   you as  a consumer need to  purchase the products of your choice at  any MLOShop ( Merchant Loyalty Operation Shop) or ATC Store.  The merchant will issue products along with  a free Loyalty coupon  ticket  termed as SEEDCODE with 16 digit number which has to be planted into the system as per the procedure.

 7)  By when an individual will receive User ID & Password after planting the Seedcodes?

An individual will get his/her User ID & Password immediately through the same mode he/she uses for planting the seedcodes.

 8)  How many type of cards are available and what are they?

The company will charge a non-refundable fee as below for the up gradations :

As a Free citizen one can evaluate the working of etran world program and upgrade him/herself to a Premier Citizen or a Promoter anytime deemed fit. 

9)  What is Compensation Bonus ?

Each and every Free citizen who upgrades as Premier Citizen or Promoter directly under down-lines of his/her NSS,  is entitled to earn bonus points for their efforts in promoting the plan which will be transferred into his/her account directly.

10)  What is Activation Bonus ?

For every up gradation of a Premier Citizen or a Promoter in the system of NSS, the uplines will get benefit up to the 10thlevel from FSS & NSS. 

11)  What is Transaction Bonus ?

The earning of digicash points by participation in the system through GCS (Global Commerce Services)  loyalty program is termed as Transaction Bonus Points.

 12)  How does the bonus distribution takes place in case of card/cash transactions?

All the Seedcodes planted by the free citizens, Premier Citizens & Promoters will be placed in the Dynamic Binary System (DBS).  1.8% is being distributed to direct upline SEEDs in 5 levels positioned in Dynamic Binary Structure (DBS).   The DBS functions lively and updates the earned bonus points into the cardholder account automatically. 

 13)  What is the Migration Process ?

For upgrading to etranworld, please fill up the required details on the site  or send us a letter in writing duly signed by you and your sponsor confirming the acceptance that the available DCP balance as on date of migration is correct and shall not raise any discrepancies in future with regard to previous records.   

Any existing etran digicash cardholder can upgrade to etranworld, based on his/her interest at free of cost till 31st July'2007,  Only a nominal charge of 100 DCP will be deducted from the accrued earnings of etranworld account for up gradation.
